IDONIC Support services are totally customer-oriented. We provide careful and effective after-sales assistance to all our customers. The full satisfaction of our customers BEFORE, DURING and AFTER any interactions is our commitment at IDONIC.

ONLINE SUPPORT

Online Support is available only for customers with a maintenance contract. This first line service was devised in order to assist customers to overcome difficulties, without the need for in the field technical intervention.

TYPES OF ASSISTANCE

Support can be provided in person by an IDONIC certified technician or by remote assistance with support in remote environment and telephone calls provided by our technical helpdesk team. Support includes training, parameterization services and adjustments to the system.
